Interesting tool at The Guardian which lets you put in any d.o.b. after 1951 to get stats on the UK and wolrd population at that time. You can access it here.

A brief, slightly rude, short vid made by a Media student elsewhere; features use of the term 'gay' as an insult, something we've discussed repeatedly in Media Studies - more usefully it nicely encapsulates some of the negative ways older people tend to be represented; The Simpsons exists as a satire of the way TV and film operate.
